to start?

The process, qualifications, cost, and timeline for
becoming a real estate agent differ from state to state, so it’s important to

  4. Finger

If you’re taking the salesperson exam you have 3 hours and 15-minutes to
complete 150 multiple choice questions.
When you check-in to take the exam, you will be asked to leave all your
personal belongings in a locker outside of the testing room.

Currently you can schedule to take your examination in Fresno, La Palma,
Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego.  You
must bring a valid form of photo identification to be admitted into the
examination.

If you take the electronic examination, your results will be provided to
you upon completion of the exam.  When
they hand you the results they will be sealed and they ask you not to open them
until you are outside of the building.  They
don’t want you to disturb the other people taking the examination.  You know you want to yell when you find out
you passed.  And you should it’s a great
accomplishment.  I yelled in the parking
lot, I was so excited when I passed.

To pass the salesperson examination, you must past with at least a 70%.
